SAP ABAP / CRM Web UI DEVELOPER
(main location Beerse BE or Arnhem NL)
SUEZ NEWS uses the SAP Waste and Recycling Industry Solution in Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands and SAP CRM in Belgium and the Netherlands. The focus of the SAP ABAP / CRM Web UI Developer is for 80% on ABAP, Smartforms etc. and for 20% on CRM WebClient UI development.
The SAP ABAP / CRM Web UI Developer is part of a team of 6 SAP developers and 3 .net / Sitecore developers. It is an international team with members in Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. The development team and the functional teams with which it works closely together are part of the SUEZ ICT department. These teams work continuously on multiple projects and do maintenance work. The main location can be Beerse (BE) or Arnhem (NL). The development team meets once every two weeks in Beerse, Arnhem or Cologne. For project work , travelling to these and other locations may also be needed. About 80% of the work can be done in either Beerse or Arnhem and 20% in a location on a 2 hour driving distance from these cities.
Mission and Objectives:
The SAP ABAP / CRM Web UI Developer is in charge of providing a high level of expertise on SAP developments. Object oriented programming is the rule for new developments. He/she is a professional not only in development but also in documenting and testing.
Activities:
· Create the detailed technical design.
· Support the functional experts in creating the functional design.
· Build new functionality in ABAP and CRM Webclient UI.
· Maintain existing SAP developments: analyze and improve them.
· Test new and changed SAP developments.
· Participate in code reviews.
· Assess new technologies.

Qualifications :

Skills & Specific Knowledge:
·  Strong knowledge of ABAP, both procedural and object oriented.
·  Knowledge of SAP CRM WebClient UI Development.
·  Initiative and anticipation skills.
·  Teamwork and collaboration skills.
Education:
Bachelor degree (or equivalent) Computer Science and/or Information Systems
Work Experience:
A minimum of 3 years experience in ABAP development and with all phases of system development life cycle and a minimum of 1 year in CRM UI development.
