Mission
Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities / Tasks
· Be responsible for HR meeting appointments and travel support etc
· Be responsible for HR projects coordination
· Be responsible for vendor payments application
· Be responsible for commercial insurance enrolment and termination
· Work on ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors

Academic Background
· University graduate or above
Working Experience / Technical Skills & Know How
· At least 1 year working experience
Skills & Competencies
· Good communication skill, a team player, proactive and energetic, be able to work under pressure, hardworking
Language Skills
· Good command of English in writing and oral
Computer Skill
· Good command of MS Office application, especially Excel and PPT
