At Societe Generale, you will be joining the Information Technology division of Global Banking & Investors Solutions (GBIS), one of the three pillars of SG that brings together Corporate and Investment Banking activities, Private Banking activities, Asset Management and Investor Services.Every day our teams are ensuring that we deliver the service our businesses need to compete and serve Societe Generale's clients. Our objective is to deliver great production services in a well controlled and cost effective way, and to deliver competitive application systems that allow GBIS to grow its business in existing and new markets, launch new products and take advantage of new opportunities when they arise.
The Information Technology Department (ITEC) provides and maintains IT solutions to support the business's growth. ITEC FRM (Finance Risk and Market Data) is a regional team based in Hong Kong, covering the Asia Pacific region. The ITEC / FRM / APR team drives the IT solutions for the Finance department across Asia Pacific, covering specifically Accounting and Regulatory Reporting projects across the locations.

Mission

Your role
You will work as a Business Analyst for ITEC / FRM / APR Asia Pacific covering Accounting and Regulatory Reporting for the Asia Pacific region.You will be part of a dynamic regional project team, dealing with major stakeholders including Business Lines, Finance and Operations.
Your main responsabilities will be :
·  Chair meetings with internal stakeholders and peers
·  Familiar with working in an agile manner in feature teams
·  Ability to work with vendors, and offshore teams
·  Develop strong partnership with the business and counterparts
·  IT runs and projects support
·  Coordinate and handle the user acceptances tests for the region
·  Assess and design the change management involved and get buy-in from key stakeholders. Define training plans, organize training needed and assist in creating robust documentation of the processes, including detailed operational procedures

This VIE in Hong Kong is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 24 months.

Your profile
Graduated from Engineering school, Business School or University with a master degree.
You ideally have a previous experience as a Business analyst.
You are fluent in English.
You are proficient with Pack Office, Agile Concepts and VBA macros.
