Spare parts application engineer to join us at Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery AB, in Finspång
There are a growing demand in Spare Parts from our customers, both internally and externally. To meet this demand we are now searching for a driven person with an ability to see the big picture. The aim is to find ways to work even more Pro-active, and target major business areas, with values for the customer as well as Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery AB. Department STGA is a dynamic group with technical responsibilities for sales projects. Our main areas of work cover three sections; Gas Turbine Overhaul, LTP (Long Term Program) Sales and Spare Parts.

Your tasks?

· To support sale projects by recommending spare part scope (operational back up, operational consumables, contingency spare parts, emergency spare parts and etc.)
· To fulfill customer expectations in collaboration with sale managers and technical coordinators.
· To clarify the technical scope in collaboration with design and engineering departments
· Communication with procurement department and sub/suppliers to align system reliability with customer demands by preparing a spare part scope
· To identify the lack of spare part packages and kits for each sub system and communicate with product development and design department.
· To adjust standard spare part lists with machine specifications(preparing machine specific spare part list)
· To recommend sale projects with the scope of maintenance tools

Your profile?

· Academic education in the related engineering area
· Good communication skills verbally and written is important when working in a team and when communicating internally and externally
· Ability to coordinate related technical issues and conduct meetings
· Ability to face the customer in case of presenting the technical scope
· Good understanding of data management
· Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in parallel
· Good knowledge of IT systems/software, in particular programming in Excel
· Knowledge of Gas turbine or similar products
· Knowledge of maintenance and spare parts concept
· Good understanding of data analysis
