Missions

1/ This role requires the ability to work transversally in a highly matrixed organization to effectively facilitate the Total Employee Experience while establishing effective and productive partnerships with employees in multiple locations globally.

2/ Working and execute HR Projects on topics such as:

· Wellbeing

· Diversity & Inclusion

· Organisational Simplification

· Gutor One Voice Results Improvement

· Standardised Onboarding Program and Practices

· Internal Mobility

3/ Consult and support HR BP with planning, steering and analyzing HR services; identify action steps and set targets.

4/ Analyze and annotate quarterly results, follow up Headcount (forecast). Prepare management reports and decision proposals (Power Point)

5/ Gather, check and prepare data, information and metrics/KPIs to support steering the HR organization and to optimize transparency of HR services as well as to enhance communication about HR Projects

Desired profile

Qualifications :

The VIE is an international program for young professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals. In addition, the candidate cannot come from the country hosting the mission


Profile and Competencies



Education : Bachelor degree in business or related field.

Requested languages : Knowledge of German is preferable, English fluent spoken and written
