Program SaVIE (VIE of Sanofi) is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. PLEASE NOTE since the VIE Program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:
Portfolio Maximization Specialist – VIE Contract.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Support in Key processes of Portfolio Reshaping, such as GPM (Global Program Maximisation) – SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) prioritization – Pruning, Divesting and Harmonization
- Advanced data analysis and management (from internal and external databases), sorting and organizing in one big picture to support decision making process for global projects
- Support with Capacity optimization and stock allocation for key brands
- Transversal cooperation with different departments – Brand leads, Supply Chain, Finance, Industrial Affairs and countries – with the goal to get needed information to support and finalize Key projects of Portfolio Reshaping
- Program/Project management of ongoing projects
PROFILE:
Education and experience:
- Master Degree in Economics, Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience or good knowledge of pharmaceutical or equivalent industry
Skills and competencies:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills
- Sharepoint knowledge will be a plus
- Desire to work with data and numbers daily
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritize workload
- Multitasking
- Team-working
- Full proficiency in English is mandatory
