The Product Supply functions in P&G consist of several discipline areas, where we provide to major discipline for a starting role: 1. The Supply Network Organization and 2. Engineering and Manufacturing Operations.

1. The Supply Network Organization ensures our products reach retail customers on time, in the right quantity and in perfect condition. This includes supply chain planning, logistics projects with customers and suppliers, and managing P&G warehousing and transportation operations. Your career will begin in either of these roles:
a) Supply/Demand Planning Manager - responsible for ensuring that the supply is able to meet the demand
b) Initiatives Operations Manager - responsible for ensuring that the product is available for initiatives at the right time, right quality and right quantity

2. Engineering department at P&G is a well-oiled machine. Day after day, we're innovating new products and driving cost-efficient solutions. Here, you'll play a part in designing all the bells and whistles (and expert technology) to make our multimillion-dollar machines, plants and work processes that make our products. You'll improve the capability, safety and productivity of all our systems, while reducing costs for our business. From Process or Automation Engineer to Manufacturing and more, you'll be at the center of building some of the world's best brands.

You will be given increased levels of responsibility based on demonstrated capability to produce outstanding results. Your professional growth will be supported by our strong training program and your hands-on experience in your job. Within a short period of 'training on the job' coupled with coaching and national/international seminars, you will take on more responsibility in P&G's supply chain management. You will work as an integral part of a multifunctional business team and you will be the supply chain expert for your business in this team. Breakthrough results in product availability, inventory management and costs are key focus areas of your work.

Key Requirements

- South Korean citizen. Legally eligible to work in Korea

- Must be university graduate, or expected to graduate university by Aug 2018

- Must have no restrictions in travelling overseas

- Must have completed military service or be exempt, if applicable

- Major/Department: No restriction. All majors can qualify

- Must have: strong leadership, strategic thinking skills, passion for winning, strong communication skill in both Korean and English
