Data Analysts group at P&G which you would be part of are curious by nature and eager to explore. They identify industry leading technologies and provide IT solutions that deliver the best business value. They manage, plan, develop, implement, maintain and govern business applications, as well as the hardware, software platforms and networks they run on.

The Role

As a Chatbot Designer Intern under the data analyst group, you will:

• Own a project and be accountable to deliver measurable business value,

• Collaborate with multifunctional teams,

• Be proactive and propose new ways to optimize our current processes,

• Enable the business with innovative solutions,

• Build your own skills and knowledge through the job experience, coaching & training,

• Be supported by a coach day to day and have access to experienced IT colleagues for mentoring, as well as have a technical coach on chatbots to enable you to be successful.

Specifically for the internship in Paris, we are looking for you as a intern to help us further develop a chatbot we currently use with our Global Carrefour commercial team and then reapply the knowledge you have build from there to other business cases applicable for the France and Benelux P&G business experts for easy access to key business drivers, hard to find information and FAQs from business unit.

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

If you're a good fit, you will:

• Be pursuing a Master degree in IT or in Management with a strong IT background
• Have the passion to transform how the business runs through technology
• Be curious and willing to master one chatbot technologies and have experience on using Python
• Have excellent collaboration skills and working comfortably across teams
• Be fluent in English

If you're a really good fit, you'll have:

• Demonstrated success in effective leadership, problem solving and priority setting

• Some experience in CPG (FMCG), banking, IT, analytics & or consulting

• Already some experience on using chatbot frameworks like api.ai for example
