Automation Engineer - PLC (Slatina, Olt)

Job description

Responsibilities:

•Plans, coordinates and participates in the work execution on all factory equipment;
•Analyzes the causes of defects and define preventive actions for them;
•Ensure the functioning of the automation systems in the technical parameters set;
•It propose solutions to improve processes;
•Provide support in implementing installation and commissioning projects;
•Develops and configures P&ID loop control systems for different processes / equipment;
•Design, write and tests programs for PLC and HMI and prepare the documentation;

Profile requirements:

Education: University education: Automation and Computer Science / Electronics

Competences:

•Diagnosis and programming PLC knowledge: Rockwell, GE Fanuc, Siemens or Modicon
•Configuration and programming knowledge of HMI/SCADA systems as: iFix, Wincc, Genesis, Rockwell RSView
•Diagnosis and configuration knowledge of frequency converters like ABB, Schneider, Siemens, Allen Bradley
•Systems disgnosis abilities from actuators to operator interface and database •
•Ability to work efficiently in a fast pace and in a multi-tasking • environment

Experience:

•Minimum 1 year professional experience in automation programmable;
•Experience in commissioning of control systems with PLC and user interface HMI/SCADA;
•Experience in using Foundation Fieldbus, DeviceNet, Asi Bus, or Profibus is an advantage.
