Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Deliver meaningful marketing communication to excite both internal and external stakeholders in a fast growing business of interventional guided therapy devices.

You are responsible for

·  Developing a deep understanding of assigned customer segments and audiences/markets, their challenges, and how the BG or cross-BG addresses specific customer problems
·  Maintain knowledge of the combination of products, services and third party partnership that comprise BG or cross-BG solutions
·  Support Product Managers in crafting marketing/communication campaigns that support their overall objectives
·  Identify campaigns best suited to achieve product line managers' objectives for target customer segments that are in line with Philips and PHC branding and positioning
·  Integrate latest innovations and best practices in communication field to continually improve campaign effectiveness
·  Delivering the monthly sales and marketing newsletters. Sharing best practice and highlights from the current projects.
·  Coordinate internal announcements and ensure sign-off from (HR and Management) before distribution.
·  Ensuring timing communication around all events (internal and external including annual kick-off meeting)
·  Actively connecting with corporate coms and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication across the organization.
·  Prepare quarterly Marketing webcast with input from product management and segment leaders.
·  Support all town hall and other major internal communication events.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• A can do approach – teaming up with stakeholders and taking accountability to deliver on deadlines.

• Minimum degree level education preference for masters within communication or marketing.

• Healthcare marketing experience preferred / High-tech product launch experience
