SAP Business Analyst

Job description

Within IS/IT department, the ideal candidate will support SAP solution implementation and sustain process improvement, leverage activities to meet targets and deliver projects and process implementation.

Main Duties:

· Collaborate with the market Business Excellence colleagues and process owners in assessing emerging business requirements to align them with SAP Application Template processes and ‘best practice'.

· Identify and define the changes – Process, Data & Technology – required to the SAP solution to address new emerging business requirements, including the development of functional specifications following from approved GT change requests.

· Support market testing, perform specifications, configuration & support activities and use offshore services as directed.

· Provide End-User support in the use of the delivered solution and coordinate the validation with Super-Users.

· Deploy/Sustain: Plans, documents & deliver configuration work or change requests and keep track of assignments and report work actual progress as required.

· Sustain: Liaise with Applications Management Services and IS/IT services resolution teams to address technical failures.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

· Engineering Degree in Management Information System

· Good understanding of Business process and SAP Solution, testing knowledge and ideally configuration knowledge for relevant process stream/functional area

· Training on specific SAP modules, preferably in MM and Supply chain.
