Nestlé Business Services is announcing an opening for O2C Accountant , Order Release and Collection team in Lviv.

You will be responsible for:

· Order hold management;
· Process overdue (collections): analysis of open balances and overdue items, reconciliation with customers;
· Performance of Inbound and Outbound activities facilitating collections;
· Ensure compliance with Nestlé practices for accounts receivables;
· Support initiating simplification and standardization projects;
· Support process of benchmark within accounts receivables.
Successful candidate should have:

· University degree in Accounting /Finance/Economics/International relations;
· 1+ years of work experience in Finance;
· Strong negotiation skills, adaptability to change, initiative;
· Good analytical, communication and time management skills;
· Ability to deal with stress situations and short deadlines;
· Result orientation mindset vs. task orientation mindset;
· Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly in Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP;
· Upper-intermediate or Advanced Russian, pre-intermediate English (both oral and written).
· Order-to-Cash background (will be a plus).
