Nestle Ukraine is announcing an opening for the Internal Auditor position in Kyiv.

Main Responsibilities:

· Participation in internal operational audits as per agreed annual audit plan and ad-hoc audit projects;
· Analyzing and recommending actions to minimize internal control gaps or operational inefficiencies, suggesting operational and organizational improvements;
·
To review and assess through formal audits of Nestlé units the compliance with Nestlé corporation standards, policies, and local laws and regulations;

Perform fraud investigations;

Main Requirements:

· Flexibility to travel extensively (up to 75%) across CIS and internationally;
· University Degree (Economics, Finance);
· Minimum 1 year of experience in audit, finance, analytics or operations;
· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
· Very good planning and organizational skills;
· Project management skills;
· Professional attitude and strong communication skills, both written and oral;
· Ability to work efficiently in multifunctional teams;
· Understanding of SAP would be an advantage;
· Fluency in English, Ukrainian and Russian.
