To be successful in this role, you will possess previous experience ideally gained from within Retail or FMCG industry.

Job Description:

Internal Reporting – Cost Analysis & Co-Piloting Analysis Support

• Partner with Commercial function to perform trade, promotional spending (e.g. Allowance) plan and forecasting to the P&L top line (with support from BC).

• Master the Company's ERP system (incl. Excel Modelling, Cognos data tools, etc.) and be able to perform in depth analyses for CRC-Marketing-F&C-Supply Chain-TQM (e.g. variances analysis, scenario analysis, simulations, trends,etc.) to establish inputs and planning for the business forecast in the cost lines of the Income Statement

• Channel and business case profitability & Cost Centre Profitability Analysis for B2C & B2B (in coordination with commercial supporting team)

• KPI Dashboard maintenance (e.g. Mancom Meeting, MBP process) & financial reporting development

• Return on Investment analyses (e.g. Boutiques, Campaign spending) and pre and post financial evaluations (support by BC)

• Proactively supporting the ad-hoc projects (e.g. cross-functional new projects, business what-if analysis, F&C deeper dive analytics and efficiency improvement project)

Budget control

• Contribute to the annual budget and MBS (Market & Business Strategy) process with F&C BC & B.U. Controller (B2C & B2B Channels) and follows the budget on a monthly basis (Budget Structures analysis and update & follow-up by CC).

• Act as B2B partner to establish clean structure for B2B team to follow (with BC support).

• Track, analyse all major positions of Income Statement and provide appropriate reports on a monthly basis (COGS, TTS, PFME, Distribution Cost, Variable costs, Genex, etc.) to local management. Supports management team on their budget follow-up.

Reporting

• Prepare accurate Monthly Business Planning to HQ (mainly Dynamics Forecasting) and maintain major F&C templates for data input and system uploads to HQ

• Contribution to Monthly PEC calendar activities and reporting packages (e.g. NNMS).

Internal Control

• Comply with Nestle Group guidelines and ensure max. level of internal control

• Contribution and support F&C to implement internal control procedures based on Nestle /Nespresso policies, follow-up on key controls monitoring, and the annual IC assessment (Support by Internal Control Specialist and AFM)

• Support external auditor requirement – KPMG in annual reporting & sample taking
