Job description

Main Responsibilities:
The main responsibility for this role is to be Subject Matter Experts on Information Security and Nestle security policies and Standards.
· Communicate and escalate security issues to management and key stakeholders.
· Ensure and assist in the identifications of the root cause of security incidents.
· Implement and maintain information security procedures and standards in accordance with the Group IS/IT Security Policies.
· Ensure the quality of information security services to functions and business units.
· Ensure security training and awareness programs are provided to staff.
· Leverage activities and improvement projects.
· Support, promote and embed Business Continity Management in GCR
· Ensure a network of skilled and professional BCP Coordinators are maintain across all sites within the market.

Requirements:
Education:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline
• With at least 3+ years experience in an IS/IT security discipline.
Language skill:
• English to conduct meetings and participate in projects
Experience: (Years/Type)
• Experience (3+ years) in ISIT security controls and auditing
• Experience across the respective functional area
• Project Management
• Risk assessment
• Must be able to work and interact well with people from different cultures is key for this position due to:
- Geographical scope: China, HongKong, Taiwan
- Culture: Different businesses and different “Way of thinking”
