We develop and manufacture medical freezers, refrigerators, storage and dedicated management solutions for the vaccine and blood cold chains. Key Account Manager
International key account manager Biomedical Refrigeration - Industry


We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee and expand the relationships of B Medical systems with international customers mostly in the field pharmaceutical and life sciences. You will be responsible for obtaining the sales targets, building and maintaining long term relationships with key customers by understanding their requirements and helping them succeed in their goals with B Medical solutions.


Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

* Develop long-term relationships as large international customers in pharmaceutical and life sciences companies, to address their needs in cold storage solutions.
* Deliver on the sales and growth objectives in this customer segment.
* Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
* Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives, leading to sales generating and long lasting relationships with customers
* Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams, including regional managers throughout the world and their distribution network.
* Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
* Prepare regular reports of progress and create monthly forecasts to internal stakeholders using key account metrics
* Maintain the CRM systems appropriate to the customer segment.


Minimum qualification requirements

Education

* Knowledge and experience typically gained through a Bachelor degree
* Experience
* Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience, with at least 2 years' experience as a key account manager on an international level
* Strong experience in sales on a corporate level (B2B) and providing solutions based on customer needs


Skills

* Result driven and action oriented.
* Proven ability to drive revenue through creative sales channels and marketing programs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
* Ability and proven track in negotiation on a multi-layer international level.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English language, other languages are a plus
* Excellent organizational skills
* Extensive knowledge of the business's goals and the business's strategies and tactics to achieve them.
* Demonstrated ability to assess customer needs and market trends within the context of product and business capabilities and the ability to translate this assessment into workable tactics.
* Demonstrated ability to interact with diplomacy and tact while maintaining appropriate assertiveness and persistence.
* Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization, at C-suite level as at operational level.
* Ability to adapt easily to different cultural influences in order to establish a solid understanding of situations quickly.


This position is home based in Benelux or the US with regular travel to the HQ in Luxemburg.
The positon requires at least 50% travel.
The position reports to the president of global Sales.
