Role Descriptions

The Security Shift Leader will support the Security Manager in his daily duties. To ensure his/her shift team members are performing and carrying out their duties to the best of their ability in line with policies and procedures, efficiently and effectively as laid down in these instructions. Demonstrate good leadership and interdepartmental communication to ensure W Hong Kong is running in line with Marriott and hotel policies and procedures, ensuring the safest environment for our talent and guests alike at all times.

Job Requirements
Experience - three years experience in similar position in hotel industry
Education - relevant first aid and security personnel permit qualifications or relevant discipline
Language skills - fluent in Cantonese, basic English & Mandarin
