Qualifications :

In coordination with the whole team:

·  The setting up and the opening of the kitchen for breakfast.
·  The setting up of the cafeteria.
·  Maintain the cleanliness of its work plan, and the kitchen area.
·  Cleans and stores the dishes of the hotel, equipment and utensils Kitchen.
·  Assist the Chef de Partie and the Kitchen team for the setting up.
·  Assist the Chef de Partie and the Kitchen team for the service.
·  After the service: cleans, maintain the hygienic preservation of the foodstuffs, cleans the place and the instruments of work, ensures order and cleanliness in the kitchen.
·  May be responsible for receiving, checking and storing deliveries according to the instructions of its managers.
