Objectives:
- Strengthen VM communication& POS presentation with Brand DNA and new launch animation.
- Build effective planogram to facilitate in-store navigation for customer journey.
- Work with regional & HQ team to ensure all VM are under global guideline.
 
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Visual Merchandising Responsibility
- New launch Soft Merchandising part including lightbox changeover, planogram adjustment, tester & POSM forecast/allocation; provide guideline to stores for new launch merchandising
- Generic soft merchandising including new door opening / existing door renovation; generic POSM/tester forecast
- Support Promotion / Counter & Retail event / Press Event / CRM workshop by working with production house for set-up design and measurement / planogram design / tester supply
- To monitor the counter application of merchandising tools; provide suggestion and implement modification on regular basis;
- To provide VM report after store visit for new launch animation
- To co-ordinate with front sales team for quick actions on any issues related to soft merchandising
- To manage forecast and healthy stock level of POSM items and ensure the expense within budget
- Communicate with regional & global VM team for aligning expectation and VM approval flow
In house Designer Responsibility
- Help on leaflets / poster /ads design whenever is needed under circumstances

Desired profile

Experience required : Minimum 2 years
Requirements:
- Degree holder / Higher Diploma in Visual Merchandising or Design major, with at least 3 years relevant experience in Visual Merchandising
- Experience in consumer brand, retail or beauty industry is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and literate in graphic / drawing software (e. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Sketchup)
- Capacity of planning and logical thinking with good sense of aesthetic perception and trends
- Ability to multi-task and possess good analytical skills
- Well-organized, multi-tasking ability and with good time management individual
- Excellent communication skills with good spoken and written English and Chinese
- Enthusiastic and dynamic team player
- Flexible, presentable
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Understand diverse cultures and have strong adaptability
