LVMH - Temporary Assistant Accountant (Maternity Cover)

PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Perform accounts receivable functions and other duties as assigned in the SSC Finance dept.
 
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Boutique sales reconciliation on daily basis & trade business collection for multi-brands
- Customer statement reconciliation and enquiries
- Assist in credit control and credit insurance monitoring
- Month end process such as bank reconciliation, DSO report, ledger reconciliation and other yearly analysis report
- Sales report to landlord and turnover certificate and year-end audit
- Support new business innovation for system and process development
- Proper document filing and provide administrative support to the department
- Provide support to other teammates and ad hoc assignment as required
- Participate in ad hoc project as assigned by management and Headquarter

Desired profile

Experience required : Minimum 2 years
REQUIREMENTS:
Profile:
- Diploma or above in Accounting or equivalent qualifiction
- Minimum 3-4 years relevant working experience, preferably in retail industry and Accounts Receivable exposure
- Have achieved ACCA / HKICPA qualification or equivalent is an advantage

- A team player with good inter-personal and presentation skills, willing to work in a fast-pace and multi-brands working environment
- Strong sense of responsibility with positive mindset and learning attitude, willing to take extra tasks when needed
- Well-organized, sensitive to figures, detail-minded and commitment to accuracy
- Proactive, self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Retail experience with MNC and multi-brands exposure
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Technical skills:
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics AX system is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS applications
