CONTEXT OF THE INTERNSHIP
Within the central HR Department of Dior Perfumes & Cosmetics, you will be in charge of a variety of HR strategic & operational projects around Young Talent Development.

- Discovery of an International Department within a multinational company.
- Participation in the HR strategic brainstorming on key HR subjects around talent acquisition, development & retention.
- Development of project management skills.
- Strong exposition to the top management of a renowned worldwide luxury company.
 
ASSIGNMENTS
Within the HR International Development Team of Dior Perfumes, your main mission will be to attract and develop Young Talents by designing an innovative recruitment strategy, partnering with our top business and engineering schools on impactful events, and enhancing our employee value proposition.
To do so, you will work on various strategic projects:
- Talent Acquisition
- Designing and implementing innovative strategies to attract and recruit the best young talent in France and worldwide;
- Contributing to the organization of exceptional recruitment events to develop our attractivity and answer our business needs
- Participating in the identification, screening and integration of future young talent
- Induction and onboarding
- Welcoming the new joiners and ensuring they have a successful start;
- Contributing to the "Happy Trainees" survey by running the results analysis and sharing the best practices;
- Improving the current induction path and the global "young talent experience" at Dior
- HR Development
- Initiating new projects to develop young talent and expose them to the top management
- Developing processes, tools and projects to support and improve the retention of young talent
- Creating an international pool of young talents with our subsidiaries to internationalize our recruitments

Profil recherché

Expérience requise : Débutant
- You have a strong interest in HR, and ideally a first experience in human capital management.
- You are curious and have the ability to think out of the box, while being results oriented.
- You demonstrate solid analytical and organization skills
- You are flexible and can adapt easily to a fast paced environment.
- You like to take initiative and have already implemented projects that were successful.
- You are fluent in English and French, and are keen on working in an international environment.
 
Internship starting in January 2018 for 6 months.
