Business group : Fashion & Leather Goods
Based in our Geneva office, and part of our Central Europe team (Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, Romania and Czech Republic) you will be joining our Human Resources department on the following missions:
Recruitment
- Shortlist and screen candidates by phone or skype on specific roles
- Support on organizing recruitment days
- Explore and propose new recruitment channels for our countries
- Create and follow up an interview tracker
- Develop and follow up a direct competitors salary comparison
- Define and propose a relevant Retail recruitment template by position
- Develop common internal vacancies advertisements
Admin
- Update employees files, trombinoscope (organize professional photo shootings at stores and HO) & vacancies tracker
- Payroll support
Others
- Support on the HR newsletter (gathering infos)
- Propose ideas of entertainment/events to improve our stores team building
- Develop new concept of organization charts for the whole region

Desired profile

Experience required : Beginner
Working Experience & Education Requirements
Educated to a master degree level
Previous work experience (internship) in a HR role ideally
