1. DB performance tuning, familiar with explain plan, hint, index...
2. Database monitoring, backup & recovery
3. Familiar with complex SQL script/package development and performance tunning
4. Troubleshooting DB issues.
5. Logical DBA capability - able to analyze existing functions/stored procedures and develop new functions/stored procedures.
6. Some experience with linux and shell script is plus
