Job description

This position would include, but is not limited to overseeing the entire outlet

function of the hotel. This will also include training, scheduling and forecasting. Must have previous experience in fast paced restaurant in a five star hotel. Strong bar / beverage / wine knowledge will be added advantage. Must be able to communicate in an efficient and professional manner to all guests. Must be creative, energetic and a team player.
