Global Risk is a thriving and expert risk management function supporting HSBC globally with all aspects of risk management. The team actively manages a varied and dynamic range of risk types, including security, fraud, information security, operational, credit, pension, insurance, compliance, regulatory, market, reputation and geopolitical risks. All parts of the Global Risk team use their skills, insight and integrity to handle established threats and those they see emerging, acting to protect and enable HSBC to deliver sustainable growth.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

-Support line manager on Executing risk related-project tasks leading to the successful implementation and BAU change of risk systems as required.

-Perform regular reporting, data analysis and provide strategy advice on risk management.

-Support line manager to manage and coordinate all risk related MI and system automation to improve operation process efficiency

-Support line manager to coordinate and introduce more external information data source to improve decision efficiency

Desired profile

Qualifications :

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
-Analytic skill by using Excel and SAS tools
-Communication and interpersonal skills, including the capacity to articulate the case for risk management in the language of business;
-Proven ability to prioritize competing demands.
