We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our team as Assistant Digital Platform Manager - Omni Channel and Open Banking .

Principle Responsibilities  

·  Maintain and develop conversational banking and chatbot with high availability and accurate performance
·  Monitor chatbot performance so as to uplift customer satisfaction
·  Identify the chatbot potential and be responsible for chatbot expansion for various banking services
·  Explore and develop Open Banking initiative and opportunities by being open to new ideas and collaboration model with potential corporate partners
·  Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders including business owners, technical teams, legal, compliance and external vendors to deliver quality solution
·  Establish user requirements by collaborating with various stakeholders, exploring customer needs, validating ideas and co-create with counterparts
·  Support and execute test cases manually and using automated testing tools
·  Interpret digital journey and engagement effectiveness, and identify learning, insights and actions

Requirements

·  University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information System or a related discipline
·  Minimum of two years' experience in digital project management and implementation (candidate with less experience will also be considered)
·  Good understanding with current market chatbot operation and training tool would be an advantage
·  Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set
·  Data sensitive and meticulous with good presentation skills in English and Chinese
·  Keen interest in latest fintech technologies and trends
·  Be open-minded and team player with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills
