Role Summary/Purpose

Product quality review associated with the manufacturing process. Positions requiring understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures (technical Bachelor’s Degree).
Performing all quality control activities during order execution, participation in intermediate and final inspections with customer representative/supervisory body, quality control at suppliers, issuing quality records, development of measuring methods and equipment, use of advanced quality management tools
Essential Responsibilities

·  Timely and accurate completion of quality control activities of materials, parts or documents compliance, supervision of working processes according to received documentation, working instructions and factory regulations

·  Preparing and maintaining quality records required in production or quality control documentation

·  NCR management according to relevant working instructions and acting as „Issuing Organization“ in LN NCS System

·  Checking the execution of production and quality control activities according to production documentation, checking NCRs status

·  Participation during performing quality control activities with customer representative/supervisory body presence

·  Performing quality control/supervision activities at suppliers

·  Confirmation of production and quality control activities in MOPs and IT plans

·  Proper use and maintenance of measurement and other equipment

·  IT data processing in the own work area

·  Deployment of new methods of quality control and measuring techniques

·  Monitoring trends of development of measuring equipment and renewal with modern, more reliable and with better Cg

·  Preparing control SOPs and monitoring relevant standards

·  Execution of measuring systems analysis and production processes capability analysis (Cp/Pp)

·  Participation/leading RCA/8D

·  Performing other activities according to line or other authorised managers' request and assessment

·  Respect EHS rules and other valid factory rules and regulations

Qualifications/Requirements

·  Bachelor Degree/Master technical

·  Foreign language knowledge (English or German)

·  Computer skills - MS Office, PMx (SAP)
