Internship - HR, Recruitment and Learning & Development (fluent in Dutch & French)

Job description

At EY Belgium, Financial Services business unit, we are looking for a capable, motivated student (last year of secondary studies, Bachelor or Master), for an internship within the HR, Recruitment and Learning & Development team.

Job scope

Operational support in the team's daily activities, where your tasks and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
· Posting job descriptions (on the EY career site, LinkedIn, career pages of high schools and universities, etc.)
· Sharing jobs and EY content via social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook)
· CV screening & managing candidates via our database
· Online testing and assisting with preparing reports
· Updating reports and dashboard
· Support with interview planning and timely follow up
· Preparing candidate files for interviews
· Active involvement in the sourcing process (prepare and refine long lists)
· Support with planning our major annual campus recruitment events
· Assistance with, and participation to Learning & Development initiatives
· Specific HR projects as relevant.
Profile
· You are a student (last year of secondary studies, Bachelor or Master) in a relevant field such as: Human Resources, Social Sciences, (Organizational) Psychology, Business & Management, Office Management, etc.
· You have an internship agreement from your school
· You are a good communicator, result driven and eager to learn
· You have strong organizational skills, and an eye for detail
· You have solid MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· You have an excellent level of business English, both spoken and written, ideally with knowledge of French and/or Dutch.
