Automotive buyers and dealers are the backbone of eBay’s automotive business in Denmark, where we manage three of the leading online platforms.  Bilbasen is Denmark’s number one destination to buy and sell cars, DBA Cars number two and Bilinfo is the leading tool for car dealers to advertise and manage their cars online.

An important part of the car buying journey is to get the car financed and insured (F&I). In this area, you are responsible for understanding the needs of our consumer buyer and more than 2000 car dealers, and defining our strategy to bring value to them.

You will work with a world-class cross-functional team covering Product, Technology, Marketing and Sales, to deliver winning solutions which fulfill the need of the consumer and grow our customers’ business as well as our business.

Your responsibilities will include:

·  Define eBay’s strategy for finance and insurance to bring value to our core customer in Denmark, our car buying consumer and 2000 car dealers
·  Create a rich set of insights about our customers, using a range of quantitative and qualitative approaches, in partnership with our analytics and insights teams
·  Design a finance and insurance model which delivers value for all parties
·  Set business priorities and work closely with-in your cross-functional team (squad) to deliver on your strategy
·  Identify and drive cross-functional initiatives to hit revenue targets

Skills and experience required

·  Strongly analytical, able to structure and process diverse and complex information to create insights – you love to model data and are an experienced user of Excel
·  Ability to communicate vision clearly and persuasively, to generate buy-in and mobilize your stakeholders into action
·  At least three years’ experience within consulting or a similar sector is highly desired
·  Experience in a dynamic online B2C or B2B environment
·  Experience in the automotive or finance industry is a bonus

You can choose to be based in our Christianshavn office in Copenhagen or in our Aarhus office.
