YOUR MISSION
His/her role is to be responsible of Demand & Supply Planning and Customer collaboration for Evian Japan, in direct collaboration with local distributor (Itoen) and Danone internal stakeholders.

Position based in Tokyo, Japan
Start from September 2017 in France for 1 month
1 year contract
1/ Demand Planning:
- Perform past sales analysis & define baseline
- Commercial & Marketing plan impact estimation vs baseline
- Follow and improve Forecast accuracy KPI
2/ Animate local forecast process (GPS)
- Monthly meeting with Evian Japan business team and our distributor Itoen
- Argue to align everyone on the most accurate figure
- Follow gap between latest forecast & business target
3/ Supply Planning and replenishment management
- Manage replenishments to ensure sufficient local inventory levels
- Define and maintain relevant local inventory policy
- Plan product switches and launches according to marketing plans
- Liaise with distributor to get stock reports and improve overall efficiency
- Monitor stock variation (vs forecast, Operations constraints) and avoid OOS at any cost
4/ Processes & Projects
- Identify potential bottlenecks and process optimization to improve its efficiency
- Analyze KPIs with an end to end approach
- Contribute to Route To Market improvement

YOUR PROFILE :
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Full time availability
Professional with at least 2 years experience in Operations/Supply Chain (in FMCG company preferred)

EDUCATION
University degree, Supply chain related major is preferred
PC SKILLS
MS Office fluency and strong user of Excel, SAP knowledge is a plus
FOREIGN LANGUAGES
English & Japanese compulsory, French is a plus
