As part of our Project Administration Support team for Interior Body and Security you will perform support tasks related to IMDS and SAP PDM, as required by projects and departments, at a local level and/or worldwide.

You will be responsible for:

·  Data management (e.g.: IMDS, CAMDS, MACSI, etc.): request, track, and update data, clarify open items, and send data to customers

·  Perform SAP PDM and SAP CSE maintenance tasks: submit new products and parts, create documents and material numbers, check and classify documents, create and update product structure

·  Perform other project support tasks, when necessary (e.g.: specific reports, collecting project-related data, prototypes build support, etc.)

A mentor will support you to stepwise take over responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes, and organization.

Desired profile

Job Requirements

·  University degree or relevant professional experience

·  Advanced English knowledge (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory

·  Knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage

·  Advanced knowledge of MS Office

·  Good communication skills, customer focus, result orientation, ability to learn, organizational skills, quality orientation, teamwork skills

Special knowledge:

·  Knowledge of IMDS, ELV and SAP PDM or SAP CSE are a big advantage

·  Knowledge of automotive products is also an advantage
