Carry out various tasks for equipment operation during vulcanization process. Complete production operation in accordance with operation safety systems and specifications. Meanwhile, complete equipment production in accordance with procedures stipulated in production system and instructions of supervisor, so as to ensure normal operation of production and correspondence to quality standards.

With direct supervision, guidance, inspiration and management of subordinate, solve problems to ensure optimal production.
Execute check lists for each part of machine and fill in various report lists. Ensure normal operation of machine. Prepare production materials according to specifications, so as to avoid chemical pollutions, machine failures and ensure product quality and accomplishment of productive tasks.
During final inspection of production process, control production conditions and avoid pollutions of paper materials, woods and other chemicals.
Check parameters of relative products according to production requirements, so as to avoid unqualified products.
Take charge of replacement of equipment size and setting and adjustment of relative parameters for startup.
Take charge of communications with other departments and production site of night shift. Mainly deal with various emergencies and report to the supervisor.
Upon finding any operation behavior against production operation specifications, immediately stop the behavior and report to production supervisor. Meanwhile, carry out corrections for production process to achieve operation specifications.
Upon finding equipment failure, immediately contact with equipment maintainer for maintenance and report to supervisor. Assist with equipment maintainer for speed recovery, so as to ensure normal operation of equipment.
Carry out each work stipulated in TPM to help enhance productivity.
Comply with related security specifications of the company.
Carry out related specifications of 5S and keep the workplace in line with 5S requirements.
Actively participate in research and execution of single minute exchange of die (SMED) for the shortest downtime of die change and the longest valid production time of machine.
Carry out various work according to requirements of quality standards in the company.
Carry out various work according to environmental production standards in the company and perform all requirements in environment management system.
