Job Description

As product Owner, your main mission is to formalize and adjust the vision and roadmap of one of our platform service or customer’s application. To achieve this mission, you carry out the following activities:

• Establish and maintain communication with stakeholders (internal and external customers, end users) to collect their needs, define acceptance test scenarios & tests cases
• Provide stakeholders with agile planning estimations (fixed­scope ­ when is this feature likely to be done? or fixed­time ­ which ones are likely to be done before a given date?)
• Formalize the stakeholders’ priorities and your arbitrations into your product backlog,
• Be the “customer voice”, representing the customer, interfacing and engaging with the customer,
• Establish and maintain a permanent collaboration with the team(s) developing your product,
• Contribute to the test cases conception and execution,
• Validate the user stories,
• Promote your product internally and externally,
• Contribute with other product owners to the roadmap of the CDFS platform or to a customer program driven by a Chief Product Owner.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to achieve objectives in a dynamic and changing environment,
• Experience with strategic digital services business stakes
• Significant practice of at least one approach among Scrum, Kanban, Lean Startup,
• With a sense of listening, empathy and a natural charisma, you have an excellent relationship and a desire to solve problems,
• Knowledge of how Feature Teams work,
• Very good ability to work in a team, you are able to integrate different perspectives (commercial, marketing, technical, financial ...) and to deal with different needs and different interlocutors,
• You have analytical and synthesis capacities but also a rigor that helps you to organize on a daily basis.
• Working with French­ and English­ speaking team members
• Great communication skills in French or English

Qualification:
• At least 3­year experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• At least one experience as a Product Owner
