LMP AWRDS Analyst

Position Description
CGI Federal is seeking an LMP AWRDS Analyst for our location at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. Your future duties and responsibilities
The LMP /AWRDS Analyst must be highly proficient in AWRDS and have requisite experience in LMP to manage assets [requisitioning, receiving, reconciliation and stock control). The LMP / AWRDS Analyst will be required to perform stratifications and trend analysis, ensure data integrity, conduct location surveys, develop stock record accounts, reconcile due-ins between AWRDS and LMP and appropriate item managers, and maintain shelf life data and Graphic Asset Representation.

• Performs data entry using a PC, Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) and Army War Reserve Deployment (AWRDS).
• Adjusts equipment configurations in AWRDS and LMP.
• Perform AWRDS and LMP reconciliation.
• Accomplishes receipt processing (maintenance work orders, inventory adjustments, equipment receipts, etc).
• Accepts and performs other duties as assigned based on workload and requirements. Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Properly reserving equipment in AWRDS to a document number provided by a Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC) or locally created Material Release Order (MRO)
• Works closely with AWRDS Clerks and the data owners/subject matter experts
• Ships equipment out of active retrograde plan into a transit plan after receiving a signed or stamped TCMD (DD1348)
• Ability to perform AWRDS and LMP reconciliation
• Perform equipment configuration adjustments in AWRDS and LMP
• Must be proficient with typing, data entry and have a working knowledge of computer
• Ability to successfully complete a drug screening test.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and prioritize work.
• Ability to work independently in an autonomous environment.
• Knowledge of supply, warehouse and logistics operations.
• AWRDS Knowledge
• Favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with inquires (NACI) or an equivalent or higher investigation in accordance with Army Directive 2014-05

Education & Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of working experience with Logistics Information Warehouse information required
• Certified in LMP
• Technical knowledge and proficiency of approved automated property management software, Army War Reserve Deployment System (AWRDS) with at least one year operational/analytical experience is preferred

Work Environment:

Work environment is typically indoors in an office environment. However, some outdoor work may be required in austere conditions (dust, extreme heat). The duty station for this position is located at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. Work will also occur in satellite locations in Kuwait. Certain operations may require 24 hour support. Accordingly, individuals may be assigned to work during non-routine shifts, and long hours and other duties as required.

• Must have a valid NACI. Secret clearance or higher is preferred.
• Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required. Desired Knowledge - Skills - and Abilities:

• Candidate must be able to obtain required US Government and Kuwaiti Government background checks.
• Familiarity with the Army Prepositioned Stock (APS) Program.
• Strong Maintenance and Support level supply background.
• Experience in an Army/Reserve/National Guard support level Shop Office.
• Knowledge of STAMIS Systems, AWRDS/Maintenance Workbench and LMP
• Knowledge of Maintenance and Supply Army Regulations, DA PAMS and FM’s utilized at the support of Prepositioned Stock Levels. Build your career with us.
