Job Purpose and Summary

·  Bachelor degree in business related area
·  3 years experience working in a multinational environment in the role related to data mangement
·  Background in effectively handling data in the business processes
·  Experience in working with large data volume
·  General understanding of MDM principles, processes, and supporting systems
·  Proficient knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications; excel skills are a must. Power BI, SQL will be a plus
·  Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Want to work on large international MDM rollout and migration project?

Within this key role you will be responsible to support our largest transformation program with data migration. One of the projects you will work on is data reconciliation, cleansing and migration of our product and customer data with thousands of records.

This role is open within Unity, a large EMEA Business and IT transformation programme. Currently this is the largest Oracle EBS implementation programme in Western Europe.

·  MDM Operations coordinator function responsible for supporting ongoing master data activities, including New Item, Product Structure and Kit creation processes for RSHQ and Canon country branches supporting all Canon business units
·  Ensures data set up adheres to master data quality standards and governance throughout the data lifecycle, including regular data auditing and archiving activities
·  Provides data process and system support to data contributors and other users
·  Liaises with central and national sales organisations to ensure data quality and delivery timing is within agreed service level agreements
·  Cross-functional role within the operational team responsible for coordinating critical product master data related processes.
·  Reviews data synchronisation reports to verify successful delivery of data to enterprise data systems
·  Coordinates and audits system access authorisations for internal and external system users

Key Relationships

Internal:  Responsible for working with business and technical oriented roles such as the Master Data  Management  team, Product Management, Sales, Finance, Corporate Communications, Service and Support, Product Marketing, Finance, ICT, and operational data users, Unity Programme

Decision Making Authority

Responsible for executing MDM processes to ensure data is created using agreed data attribute definitions.  Enforces approved data governance related policies and guidelines.  Provides conflict resolution support to data users and escalates issues to the appropriate stakeholders when necessary

Performance Measures

Data additions, changes and deletions are completed within or above agreed service level agreements

Communications with data users is completed in a timely and professional manner

Relevant data quality key performance indicators are maintained within or above the agreed quality threshold

User access and data security consistently meet  or exceed standards and pass associated internal and external audits

Issues outside of the coordinators decision making authority are appropriately escalated to ensure a timely and appropriate resolution

Note: We offer 23 months contract
