Duration: 6 months internship

Team Description:

The future trainee will be integrated in theServiceOperationsteam within theAirlines Solution division (part of the Airlines Business Unit).

This team is responsible to definethe processesand tools required to ensure an effective management of the chargeable services activity. It is also responsible for theMarketing andCommunication activities to promote the Services portfolioto the Amadeus commercial teams andairline customers.

Main responsibilities: Marketing & Communication activities

Main task:

· Lead the publication of the monthly Services Newsletter
· Get familiar with the tool Poppulo
· Support and eventually lead the definition of the editorial line for each month
· Coordinate the content generation with the various contributors
· Provide support in creating this content (writing articles when required, creation of videos, etc.)
· Manage the operational corner content
· Suggest new ideas to improve the newsletter content and impact

Other tasks

· Contribute to the external marketing campaign when required
· Contribute to find new ways to create knowledge and promote Services with the new regional set up and in general
· Support the organisation of internal events (e.g. Airline Academies)
· Support the team in handling new tasks as they arrive when linked to Marketing & Communication

Requirements:

Marketing & Communication skills

Fluent English

Good knowledge of Microsoft Officeis a must (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Good knowledge of SharePoint is appreciated

Proactivity is required to manage the publication of the newsletter,take decisions on the content and make suggestions for improvement
