Team Description

The Amadeus Customer Service organisation offers support, learning, content management and online services to all Amadeus customer segments through a global and local presence.

Self-Service and Social Workplace team within Amadeus Customer Service organisation is responsible for the product management, deployment and adoption of a range of online support and learning services for Amadeus customers and staff.

The offer includes a learning and support portal with a searchable knowledge base, a document repository, a training catalog, self-service troubleshooting and administration tools, and a case logging facility to report incidents or order services online.

Project

The project is to redesign, rationalise, implement and promote a new service catalog based on our case logging facility to report incidents or order services online.

Main Responsibilities

Lead the implementation project through the definition and planning phases, monitor and control the strategic project to completion using Project Management methodology, build and action communication plan.

· Refine and finalize the implementation project scope with the Program manager
· Identify all activities necessary to produce all project deliverables
· Build and validate detailed implementation project planning
· Ensure coordinated action between Amadeus organisations and project stakeholders
· Centralize and follow-up technical issues
· Consolidate and follow-up implementation project planning, resources, issues
· Define and follow-up implementation reporting (reporting structure and content, etc)
· Monitor project and ensure the quality of project deliverables
· Evaluate internal and external project risks and propose mitigation actions
· Communicate and report on project resources, progress, risks and costs to Program manager
· Escalate any issue impacting costs, project delivery timeline or scope to Program manager
· Attend Project Status meeting
· Document new service catalog
· Identify value propositions
· Build communication material
