Missions and responsibilities:
You will provide support to employees on local systems and hardware in accordance with Corporate and Country policies and procedures.
The position will include the following responsibilities:
- Incident management: You take care of the ticketing tool and provide solutions to your internal clients (consultants, staff and sales)
- Asset management: You will maintain the Configuration Management System database and the software images up to date and liaise with subcontractors
- Change Management: You will participate in reviewing change requests before potential implementation
- Welcoming new employees on their first day and giving IT

WHO ARE YOU?
- You want to put your computer skills to use to create solutions
- You like to analyze situations and have a good autonomy
- You know how to take initiative and have strong problem solving skills
Key requirements
- You hold at least a Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences
- You have preferably one year relevant work experience in a service oriented environment
- You have a strong knowledge of server operating systems, especially MS Windows
- You are fluent in English and French, or English and Dutch (Flemish). A trilingual profile would be a plus.
