- ensuring the performance optimization of their Autonomous Teams

• ensuring the implementation of production in line with customer expectations
• minimizing the number of accidents in the area
• ensuring security and respect for labor and environmental equipment; enforce corporate security policies, improve EHS
• managing manufacturing teams (monitoring of daily activities),
• implementation of production in accordance with the objectives of quality, cost and delivery (QCD),
• defining and implementing plans to improve operational performance (QCD) and managers (absenteeism, safety)
• Further implementation of the system of production (APSYS)
• developing autonomous production teams (development team productivity, many skills)

Qualification

- min. technical high school

- skills: team management, risk management

- languages: Polish - fluent; English - fluent

- knowledge of Microsoft Office

- experience on the similar position min 3 years
