Job description

Key tasks

1.Responsible for managing all activities of Vous operations.
2.Maintain the Sofitel quality standards of guest service and product.
3.Responsible for overall supervision, planning, control and coordination of all activities of personnel engaged in serving food & beverages.
4.Ability to make suggestions for improvements in operations to increase guest satisfaction and revenue as well as reduce costs.

Essential and optional requirements

1.3 years similar working experience in Luxury 5 star hotel.
2.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative
3.Strong upselling skills and persistence to drive business.
4.Extravert personality coupled with enthusiasm.
5.Good English skills, both spoken and written. Chinese Mandarin is a must.
