Key tasks

Le Sofitel Lyon Bellecour recherche pour ses deux Bars son/sa serveur(se).

Ses missions consisteront à :

- Accueillir et placer les clients, en assurant un accueil et un service de qualité auprès des clients qu’ils soient logés à l’hôtel ou non
- Prendre les commandes des clients et les servir conformément aux standards d'un établissement 5 étoiles
- Contribuer constamment à la satisfaction de la clientèle
- Veiller à la propreté de son lieu de travail et à la sécurité alimentaire en respectant au quotidien les règles d'hygiène HACCP
