Key tasks
MISSIONS PRINCIPALES
- Doté d'une expérience de plusieurs années au sein d'une brigade.Vous veillez au bon déroulement du service et à la qualité des prestations services aux clients.
- Vous participez à la réception et aux contrôles des approvisionnements, dans le respect des normes d'hygiène en vigueur.
- Vous êtes en charge du management de l'ensemble de la brigade.

- Excellent cuisinier, doté d'une connaissance parfaite de tous les métiers de la brigade
