Vous êtes une personne de terrain dynamique et professionnelle faisant preuve d’initiatives ce poste est fait pour vous !
Vos missions principales:
- Optimiser et développer les ventes
- Coordonner et contrôler les différents services du département afin de garantir une prestation de qualité au client
- Superviser les achats de matières premières et s’assurer de la bonne gestion des stocks, réaliser les inventaires de fin de mois
- Participer à l’élaboration du plan marketing et commercial de l’établissement
- Garantir l'application des normes HACCP
- Intégrer, former et animer l'équipe restauration
- Initier de nouveaux projets et assurer leur mise en œuvre
