Job description

Key tasks

- Welcome and greet hotel guests.
- Build good relationships with hotel VIP guests and long-staying-guests.
- Maintain at all time the highest level of professionalism toward our guest and all our collaborators (at all levels).
- Collect guest’s preference and create into guest profile.
- Attends to foreign guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding our services. And ensure service to foreign guests and collect guest comments.
- Assist other departments when there is any big event in the hotel.
- Other assignment by Guest Relation and hotel management.
