Key tasks

Direct, control and co-ordinate all Front Office operations to provide efficient, prompt, proactive and courteous services, thereby ensuring the hotel achieves its financial and guest satisfaction objectives. Coordinates front-office activities of resort and resolves problems arising from guests' complaints, reservation and room assignment activities, and unusual requests and inquiries: Assigns duties and shifts to subordinate staffs and observes performances to ensure adherence to resort policies and established operating procedures. Confers and cooperates with other heads of departments to ensure coordination of resort activities. Answers inquiries pertaining to resort policies and services. Greets all guests upon arrival.
