Key tasks
You greet the customers warmly and inform them on the choice of dishes. You recommend the best wines to accompany their choice. You serve the wine. You put together the wine menu, taking into account customer preferences and the theme of the restaurant. You stock and manage the restaurant's wine cellar. You monitor the balance between the quality of the wines on offer and their profitability.
