Job description

Key tasks

-Responsible for Clean lines, Order lines and appearance of the entire hotel
-Ensures that room are made as per company standard
-Maintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen and uniform
-Develop and implement housekeeping system and procedures
-Attending and resolving guest complaints
-Building the learning culture to cultivate employees skill, knowledge and attitude to deliver the highest quality of service and touch to keep our guest experience stay convenient and feel welcome
