Key tasks

• Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mindset
• Helps guests as they arrive at the hotel, taking charge of their vehicle and/or luggage
• Handles any ad hoc requests for taxis and assures follow-up
• Ensures that all vehicles can circulate freely around the parking area
