Job description

Key tasks

1. To check and review daily invoices from receiving, to check in coding, figures amount, VAT, supplier’s account and any necessary information.

2. To prepare AP posting journal for Direct/Manual post invoice and send to Asst. CA to double check and approve.

3. Prepare payment voucher and cheque.

4. Prepare payment voucher and transfer form for over sea suppliers.

5. To prepare PP 30 Input VAT from daily receiving documents and send to Asst. Chief Account to double check and approve within 7th next month.

6. To prepare PND 36 withholding tax from over sea supplier’s payment voucher within 3rd next month.

7. To prepare PND 54 when Remittance out of interest or Loan repayment within 3rd next month.

8. To prepare PT 40 Specific Business Tax from Profit and Loss exchange money within 3rd next month

9. To assist Asst. Chief Account prepare journal voucher for Accrue Expenses in monthly basis (Ex. Photocopy, Internet, Staff Food, Medical Exp., Telephone, Marketing Communication Exp, Newspaper)

10. To allocation flower for decoration expenses.

11. Before month end to check invoice supplier’s with aging report.

12. To prepare report Balance of Payment to Accor & Related Co.

13. Assist Asst. Chief Account for Reconciliation Balance Sheet concerned with AP Section ( Accrued, Advance, Deposit, Purchase VAT, Undue VAT, TAX, Accor Fee, Utility ) within 15th of each month.

14. To prepare Forecast A/P payment (Cash flow planning) AP Supervisor to double check and send to DOF every day
