Quality Engineer

Job description

Tasks:
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, your key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct test protocols as assigned to ensure the products and systems that are created by the local organization meet specifications.
• Utilize safety systems to perform work, resulting in an accident-free workplace and notify others when unsafe situations are observed.
• Work with local safety teams to improve the safety systems.
• Assist with the creation and implementation and ensure conformance with instructions, guidelines and procedures to drive standardization and consistent execution in delivery of customer requirements.
• Work with department staff to improve existing test protocols and capability, resulting in greater efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of test outcomes.
• Assist with the analysis and communication of customer perceptions to guide the local improvement actions toward greater customer satisfaction.

Desired profile

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Management or Power Product Testing. The role will ideally suit someone with good communication, inter-personal and collaboration skills. Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Thai is required for this position.
